Pinkfoot Travel strictly prohibits the use or possession of any narcotics, banned substances, or intoxicants during the tour. The company will not be held responsible for any legal issues, health problems, or adversities arising due to the same.
Weapons & Hazardous Materials:
Carrying weapons, fireworks, or toxic substances is strictly forbidden. Any traveler found in violation of this rule will be solely accountable under applicable laws, and Pinkfoot Travel shall bear no responsibility.
Code of Conduct:
The organizers reserve full rights to evict any traveler without refund in case of misbehavior, misconduct, or violation of group or tour rules that may affect the comfort and safety of co-travelers.
Safety & Property:
Pinkfoot Travel is not responsible for your whereabouts or safety if you are outside the designated stay area or campsite. Any damage or loss to tour property, such as tents, bedding, or other campsite materials, must be compensated in full by the traveler as per the product’s MRP.
Personal Belongings:
The company shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of travelers during the trip. Guests are advised to keep valuables safe and carry a valid government-issued ID at all times.
Guest Policy:
Only registered travelers booked under Pinkfoot Travel are allowed at the tour/accommodation site. Visitors or outside guests will be permitted only with prior notification and approval from the management.
Facilities:
Please note that availability of hot water or certain amenities may vary depending on the location and cannot be guaranteed.
Booking & Payment:
Tour slots will be confirmed only after receipt of full payment. Pinkfoot Travel will not be responsible for any injury, loss, or theft of personal property during the tour.
Transportation:
In the event of a vehicle breakdown or delay, travelers are requested to cooperate until repairs are completed. Backup transport may not always be available immediately.
Unforeseen Circumstances:
Pinkfoot Travel is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations in the itinerary due to natural disasters, weather conditions, political closures, accidents, landslides, or any events beyond our control.
Traffic & Delays:
The company shall not be responsible for delays in reaching destinations due to traffic or unforeseen conditions. In such cases, certain sightseeing or activities may be rescheduled or cancelled without refund.
Itinerary Changes:
The tour coordinator or trip leader reserves the right to modify the itinerary based on real-time situations to ensure safety and convenience for all travelers.
Environment Responsibility:
Travelers are requested to maintain cleanliness and respect local environments at all destinations.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Once a booking or registration is confirmed, it is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
