At Pinkfoot Travel, we believe in maintaining transparency, fairness, and clear communication with all our valued travelers. This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all holidays, packages, and services curated and operated by Pinkfoot Travel from June 2025 onwards.
For bookings eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be processed within 90 working days from the date of cancellation or upon receiving confirmation from our partner suppliers — whichever is later.
For cancellations made during an ongoing trip, the 90-day refund timeline will begin either from the date of return or from supplier confirmation, whichever comes later.

Note: Refund amounts are subject to change based on international currency fluctuations, supplier approvals, and the amounts received from customers at the time of cancellation. In case of any variation, your assigned account manager will notify you of the revised refund amount.
Flights marked as “Non-Refundable” on your travel documents or vouchers are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances.
Refunds for flights marked as “Refundable” will be processed according to the product-specific Cancellation Policy and the final itinerary shared with you.
Refund amounts may vary depending on international currency exchange rates.
Important Notes:
Pinkfoot Travel is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by airlines. Refunds for such incidents must be claimed directly from the airline.
Passports must be valid for at least 12 months and in good condition. Refunds will not be processed if boarding is denied due to invalid or damaged passports.
Travelers are required to reach the airport at least 3 hours prior to international departures. Missing a flight due to late arrival (when airport transfers are not booked with us) will not qualify for refunds.
If transfers are booked through Pinkfoot Travel, we cannot be held responsible for missed flights due to unavoidable regional delays or traffic conditions.
Baggage allowances will be clearly stated in your travel documents. Any excess baggage charges must be borne directly by the traveler.
Some low-cost carriers (such as Ryanair, Volotea, or Vueling) require mandatory web check-in. Non-compliance may incur extra charges, which will not be covered by Pinkfoot Travel.
Meal preferences can be requested during booking, but final availability depends entirely on the airline’s catering policy.
Bookings marked as “Non-Refundable” will not be eligible for refunds once confirmed.
Refundable hotel bookings will be processed in accordance with the product’s Cancellation Policy and the final itinerary provided.
Refund amounts may fluctuate due to international exchange rate variations.
Additional Notes:
While Pinkfoot Travel ensures quality accommodations, we are not responsible for the conduct of hotel staff, hygiene standards, or the services provided by third-party hotels.
Any room upgrades, additional services, or in-resort purchases made during the trip must be paid directly by the customer.
If a traveler chooses to change hotels during the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply to the pre-booked property.
Early check-in or late check-out requests depend solely on hotel availability; refunds will not be issued for unfulfilled requests.

Activities marked as “Non-Refundable” on your documents will not qualify for refunds under any circumstances.
Refundable Activities:
If an activity or experience is marked “Refundable,” the refund will be processed as per the respective product’s Cancellation Policy and the final itinerary shared with you.
Refund values may vary due to foreign exchange fluctuations.
Pinkfoot Travel only assists with visa facilitation and documentation; final visa approval or rejection lies solely with the respective embassy or consulate.
Visa fees are non-refundable in all cases, including rejections or policy changes by consulates.
Travel insurance, once processed, is non-refundable and incurs a 100% cancellation charge.
Pinkfoot Travel shall not be held liable for any delays, rejections, or policy amendments made by embassies or insurance providers.
Refunds (if applicable) for transfers will be processed as per the product-specific Cancellation Policy and the final itinerary shared over email.
